meet andrea.

Hello, hello! My name is Andrea, and I'm so, so excited that you're here!

I believe that all good relationships involve fully knowing someone- so I’ll start off by telling you a little about me. I grew up running around barefoot in the cornfields in Kansas, with hearts wildly in love with storytelling and with people. I have an indescribable love for photography that permeates everything I do. But my first love will always be the people I run into along way. That’s why I am passionate about my job- because I get to combine two things I love most- moments and people.

  • Trust. This is a big one for me. I want my clients to trust me as a storyteller; to capture and tell your story in the most soulful, passionate, and unique way possible.

  • Real moments. This is important. I want you to be okay with us capturing the breathtaking moments, the messy moments, the happily unplanned moments, and the moments you want to remember forever.

  • I want you to have images that make you look back and remember how you felt that day. Because it IS a big deal.

I want this to be fun. Like, really fun. If you’re up for sneaking out of your reception at sunset, getting some sand in your toes, and some wind in your hair, then I know how to make this a day you’ll never forget!

the wedding experience.

 

My favorite part about being a photographer is getting to sit down with you and dream up a wedding day that is 100% true to who you are, but is also a wildly adventurous experience. Getting married is fun, but it’s also a big deal-- so taking your wedding photos should be as well. My goal is to establish a relationship with you, and walk alongside you as you plan and prepare for your big day!


I have shot more weddings than I can count-- which means I have a pretty good feel for what makes a wedding day run smoothly. I also love talking all things weddings-- which means you can always count on me to talk wedding day details, contact vendors/florists/venues from our array of connections, coordinate details, and freak out over wedding invitations together. I am never beneath holding your veil, carrying your lipstick, running for coffee, or grabbing your extra pair of socks. In fact, those are some of the moments I love most- because it means I get to serve you. This is why I picked up a camera in the first place; because I am passionately in love with telling stories.
